NEXT ALTERNATIVE TO EXPAND CURRENT BATTERY TECHNOLOGY
TO BETTER SERVE FULL-SIZE ELECTRIC VEHICLE MARKETS

(Ottawa, Ontario) Robert Ireland, CEO of Next Alternative, Inc., is pleased to announce that the firm will now be supplying Lithium Ion batteries in order to become better equipped for doing business within full-size EV segments.

To ensure a smooth entrée into this arena, Next Alternative has recently entered into a distribution agreement with American Motor Products (AMP), based in southern California. This innovative company offers a range of clean products and technologies specifically for the transportation industry. AMP has agreed to a major contract allowing them the exclusive North American distribution rights of Next Alternative products to serve the full-size EV markets - including autos, SUVs, busses & trucks.

AMP intends to produce a line of all-electric vehicles converted from existing US manufactured units, which will primarily be sold to commercial and government fleets. These vehicles will utilize the lithium battery technology and will have a driving range of 250-300 miles per charge. Eventually, through alliances with manufacturers, AMP will develop its very own vehicle models. The firm is also developing electric and/or hybrid commercial trucks (including 18-wheelers) and busses through various joint ventures.

According to Ireland, “By joining forces with AMP, we have the opportunity to extend our technology to this larger EV market.” He continued by saying, “AMP’s progressive mission of creating vehicles that offer positive economic performance as well as improved environmental impact is well aligned with our own. We foresee a very fruitful future for both companies, our investors and our growing customer base.”

NEXT ALTERNATIVE ENDS DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT WITH ECOLOCAP SOLUTIONS

(Ottawa, Ontario) Robert Ireland, CEO of Next Alternative, Inc (N4H)(NEXZ)., announced today that the firm’s contract with EcoloCap Solutions/Micro Bubble Technologies, for the exclusive North American distribution rights of its Carbon Nanotube (CNT) Battery technology, has been voided by Ecolocap/Microbubble.
