European shareholders who want to convert your certificate(s) to Next Alternative Inc. need to do the following.
You must date and sign the back of your certificate as indicated:
- You will print and complete the document
(Modified Irrevocable Power of Attorney - download now) in its totality. You will need Adobe Reader to open and print the form. You can get it free at www.adobe.com
- You will include payment of $ 75.00 to cover costs.
- You will send the completed document, payment and the certificate(s) by registered post to:

You won’t need to have your signature on the certificate guaranteed as before. Your witnesses will guarantee having known you for at least 5 years. Roger will countersign your modified Power of Attorney and your certificate. He will then send them on to Capital Transfer Agency Inc. for their conversion and return to you.
In between Add CA nos. here and Sign and Dated at: leave the paragraph blank. Capital Transfer uses a number of lawyers and they will fill in the name at the time of reception.
